Terms Of Service

Dog Gone Poo is an independently owned and operated business that provides pet waste removal services to residences, businesses, and commercial properties. You agree to the following terms of service that govern the sales and services provided by us. By accepting the services you hire us for, you are bound to these terms.

The customer understands our ability to provide the services can be dependent on weather, condition of grass height, access to your yard, which is your responsibility, and other outside unknown influences.

Dog Waste Removal Service

Dog Gone Poo offers residential and commercial pet waste removal services. These services can include: 1 time, weekly, bi-weekly, monthly and seasonal cleans. All pricing is based on an area size of a 50x100ft lot. Larger areas will have an additional charge. An initial clean of the yard will be done to get the yard up to sniff (or snuff). This fee is a minimum of $35 and up from there. This is in addition to the regular fee.

Accessing Your Yard

The customer understands that if Dog Gone Poo can’t access the area to be cleaned due to locked, blocked, frozen gates or dogs in the yard or anything other than the originally agreed upon method of entry the scoop will be skipped and charges will still apply.

Weather

Dog Gone Poo will work through rain and cold if we can safely do so. The customer understands we can not work through severe thunderstorms, high winds, extreme high or low temperatures, flooding, or an accumulation of snow. Dog Gone Poo is a monthly subscription service. We do not offer refunds for missed weeks due to weather. Therefore, in these cases we will skip service for that week and see you the following week. A refund will not be issued as we will still have to pick up the poop that would have been scooped the previous week, thus being double the amount and time. If you absolutely need the area scooped before the next scheduled service, please let us know and will do our best to fit you into our schedule. Additionally, we do not want to take the chance of tearing up your yard due to it being too wet. If it’s extremely wet or muddy we may choose to skip your yard and wait until the next scheduled scoop or until things have dried up.

Billing

Dog Gone Poo pre bills monthly for our service. Your account will be charged on the 1st of every month for the service. If payment is not made the service will be discontinued until the payment is resolved. If more than 30 days has passed since the last clean, a 1st time clean up fee will be applied to your account.

One Time Cleanings: will be billed and paid upon arrival, on the day of the service.

Leaves, Tall Grass, Debris

Dog Gone Poo will do our best to clean your yard to perfection. We know that maintaining a yard is a lot of work and understand that it may not always be in pristine condition. The customer understands that it is very difficult to find dog piles in tall or uncut grass or in a yard full of leaves, furniture, play structures or other debris. I jokingly tell people that this is not a “where’s Waldo game”. If your grass is long or the leaves are not raked when we arrive, there may be dog waste that is missed. Unfortunately, we can not honour our service agreement if we can’t find/see the poop in the yard. We will be back on our next visit to pick up anything missed if yard maintenance is completed. If you ever notice a yard not cleaned to your satisfaction please bring it to our attention as soon as possible so we can make it right.
